摘要
近十年来,百合的化学成分与提取主要是集中在甾体皂苷、多糖和秋水仙碱方面.甾体皂苷的提取方法有色谱法、醇提—大孔树脂吸附法、醇提—正丁醇萃取法.多糖的提取方法有热水提取法、水提醇沉法、超声波法和复合酶法.秋水仙碱的提取方法有水提取法、超临界二氧化碳流体萃取法和有机溶剂提取法.
This article introduced the research advancement of the chemical compositions and the extraction method of lily in recent ten years,mainly concentrated in the steroidal saponins,polysaccharide and autumn narcissus alkali.The extraction methods of steroidal saponins include chromatography,ethanol-extraction-macroporous resin adsorption and ethanol-extraction-n-buoh extraction.The extraction methods of polysaccharide include hot water extraction,water extraction and alcohol sink method,ultrasonic and composite enzymatic.The extraction methods of autumn narcissus alkali include water extraction,supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and organic solvent extraction.
