摘要
毕业生的就业率和就业竞争力是影响独立学院生存与发展的重要因素。如何结合自身特点开拓创新、勇于实践地做好毕业生就业工作,是值得独立学院探讨的重要课题。文章以工科为例结合实际,认真分析了独立学院工科毕业生就业竞争力的现状,指出其存在的问题,并根据实践提出了应对的策略。
The employment rate and employment competitiveness of graduates is an important factor affecting the survival and development of the Independent Institute.How to blaze new trails and courage to practice to do the graduates＇ employment with its own characteristics,is an important issue for independent colleges worth discussing.This paper takes engineering for example based on practical,carefully analyzing the status of Engineering Graduates＇ employability and competitiveness in independent schools,pointing out its problems,coping strategies in accordance with practice.
