摘要
民营二级学院是高等教育改革、高等教育从精英教育转向大众教育的直接产物,也是我国教育体系中的一个组成部分。面对激烈的生源竞争和今后的就业市场竞争,办出质量,办出特色,是二级学院得以健康发展的基本前提和生命线,而学生良好的学风则是办出质量的保证,也是学生成才的保证。
The colleges run by civilian is the direct product of higher education reform, the transformation from meritocracy education to mass education and a constituent part of our educational system. Faced with intense competition in students sources and on future employment markets, these colleges should pay attention to their educational quality, characteristics and students' study spirits because quality and characteristics are the fundamental prerequisite and lifeline for their development and students' study spirits.
