摘要
随着高校招生规模的扩大和后勤社会化的改革,高校餐饮食品安全逐渐成为社会关注的焦点。通过对高校学生和食堂从业人员的食品安全知识态度行为进行问卷调查,探讨其对高校餐饮食品安全的影响,以进一步加强高校餐饮食品安全管理,建立高校餐饮食品安全管理长效机制。
With the expansion of college enrollment and logistic socialization reform,food safety in the colleges has become the focus of social concern.In order to strengthen the management of food safety and establish the long-term mechanism,conducted a questionnaire survey about the food safety knowledge,attitude and behavior on college students and cafeteria employees,to explore its influence on the college food safety.
