摘要
目的:实验通过大黄虫丸含药血清干预体外人肺腺癌PAa细胞株研究其抗肿瘤机制,进而探讨活血化瘀法在肿瘤治疗中的疗效和价值。方法:采用血清药理学方法以不同浓度的大黄虫丸含药血清与人肺腺癌PAa细胞株共同孵育,于不同时间观察,并与空白血清作对照。研究大黄虫丸含药血清对体外人肺腺癌PAa细胞株的细胞毒作用、生长抑制作用及对细胞周期的影响。结果:5%~20%各组含药血清OD值与相同作用时间10%牛血清、相同浓度的正常鼠血清OD值比较有明显差异(P<0.05~0.01),并随着血药浓度的提高OD值逐渐减低;药血清对人肺腺癌PAa细胞株增殖有明显抑制作用,并随药血清浓度提高、作用时间延长抑制作用增强;其诱导凋亡作用随药血清浓度的增加及作用时间的延长而增强。结论:大黄虫丸含药血清对体外人肺腺癌PAa细胞株有明显抑制作用,为大黄虫丸抗肿瘤提供了科学依据。
Objective:The Experiment was to research its anti-tumor mechanism by the effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pill on human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines PAa,and discuss the efficacy and value of method of activating blood and removing stasis in cancer.Methods:Serum pharmacological method and different concentrations of the serum containing of Dahuang Zhechong Pill and vitro human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines PAa were incubated,observation at different times were made and compared with the blank serum as control.Research of cytotoxicity,growth inhibition and cell cycle of the serum containing of Dahuang Zhechong Pill for vitro human lung adenocarcinoma cell lines PAa were studied.Results:5%~20% of each group containing serum OD value of 10% of the time with the same effect bovine serum compared with the same concentration of normal mouse serum OD values there were significant differences(P0.05~0.01),and with the increasing plasma concentration,OD value gradually decreased.Serum containing drugs has obvious inhibiting effect on the proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma PAa cell lines,and with the serum concentration increased,the role of prolonged inhibition enhanced.The induction of apoptosis increased with increasing serum concentration and treatment time.Conclusion:The serum containing Dahuang Zhechong Pill can significantly inhibit vitro cell lines of human lung adenocarcinoma PAa,it provides a scientific basis for Dahuang Zhechong Pill anti-tumor.
