摘要
老年肿瘤患者常同时存在高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病等多种慢性基础疾病,其用药复杂性明显增加,且多伴有肝肾代谢功能减退及多脏器虚损状态。这些基础疾病与“肾阳亏虚”相互交织,形成“虚瘀毒结”的复杂病机,进一步加速肿瘤进展。郑清莲教授认为,老年人普遍存在“生理性肾虚”状态。肾阳亏虚,寒邪伏郁,阻碍气机,遂渐生痰浊瘀血,日久渐化为毒,终致多种病邪胶着体内,使病情不断复杂化,发为肿瘤病。“肾阳亏虚,伏邪内蕴”是老年肿瘤共同病机,故立“补肾化瘀法”治疗老年肿瘤,并创立补肾化瘀抑瘤方应用于临床,疗效确切。
The elderly patients with tumor often have multiple chronic underlying diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,and cardiovascular diseases,which complicate the medication.Moreover,most of the patients have declined metabolism in the liver and kidney and multi-organ deficiency.These underlying diseases,combined with kidney yang deficiency,form the complex pathogenesis combining deficiency,stasis,and toxin,which accelerate tumor progression.Professor ZHENG Qinglian believes that elder patients generally experience physiological kidney deficiency.Kidney yang deficiency and incubation of cold pathogen block qi movement and lead to the generation of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,the long-term accumulation of which results in toxin,ultimately complicating the disease due to the accumulation of multiple pathogens and causing tumor.Kidney yang deficiency combined with internal accumulation of latent pathogen is the common pathogenesis of tumor in elderly patients.Therefore,Professor ZHENG proposes the method of tonifying kidney and resolving stasis to treat tumor in the elderly and creates Bushen Huayu Yiliu Prescription,which demonstrates significant therapeutic effects in clinical practice.
