肺癌骨转移患者血清降钙素与骨钙素的检测及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肺癌骨转移患者血清降钙素与骨钙素的含量变化与骨转移发生、发展的关系。方法采用放射免疫法检测100例肺癌患者和50名非肺癌患者(对照组)血清中降钙素和骨钙素水平。结果肺癌骨转移组血清降钙素([84.27±21.36)pg/ml]与骨钙素水平([15.46±3.14)ng/ml]明显高于肺癌无骨转移组[分别为(51.96±10.51)pg/ml、(7.74±1.86)ng/ml]和对照组[分别为(32.13±6.42)pg/ml、(7.38±1.55)ng/ml],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);肺癌无骨转移组与对照组间血清骨钙素水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肺癌骨转移组随着转移病灶数量的增加,血清降钙素与骨钙素的含量有上升趋势,与骨转移程度有一定的相关性。结论血清降钙素与骨钙素对于肺癌早期骨转移的诊断和监测可能有一定价值,可协助及时诊断肺癌患者骨转移进展。
