20例甲状腺髓样癌的诊治体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺髓样癌的诊断要点及临床治疗原则。方法对2000年1月至2012年1月收治的20例甲状腺髓样癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组病例均经病理证实为甲状腺髓样癌,15例合并颈淋巴结转移。手术方式包括甲状腺切除+颈淋巴清扫术15例,患侧甲状腺切除+峡部+对侧大部分切除3例,甲状腺全切术2例。术后监测血清降钙素,发现1例局部复发,再行手术治疗后痊愈。结论甲状腺髓样癌确诊主要依赖组织病理检查,根治性手术切除是最主要治疗方法,术后监测血清降钙素能及早发现局部复发和转移。
