摘要
就业是民生之本,对困难群体毕业生就业进行帮扶是高校就业工作中的重要内容。文章对高校就业困难群体进行了界定,从主客观方面对其成因进行了分析,并从高校、政府、用人单位和就业困难群体自身角度提出了相应的就业帮扶策略。
The employment is base of the people＇s livelihood,assistance for disadvantaged group undergraduate is an important content in the employment work of Colleges and universities.The paper defines the employment-difficult group in colleges and universities,analyzes the reasons from subjective and objective aspects and puts forward the corresponding employment assistance strategy from angles of the University,government,employers and the employment-difficult group graduates themselves.
