摘要
高校学生干部不但要具有良好的沟通能力,而且要有良好的抗挫折能力,只有这样才能真正提升自身的执行力。强化对高校学生干部抗挫折能力的提升,有利于促进学生干部的身心发展,有利于校园的安全稳定,有利于社会的和谐发展。
The college student cadres should have not only good communicative skills,but also a good ability to resist setbacks,thus really improving student cadres＇ execution force.Strengthening college student cadres＇ ability to resist setbacks can promote the physical and mental development of student cadres,and is conducive to the campus security and stability,and the harmonious development of the society.
