摘要
肺癌转移已成为当今研究的热点。现就近年来抑制肺癌细胞的侵袭、黏附能力;调节细胞外基质金属蛋白酶水平;对肿瘤转移相关基因的调控;抑制肿瘤新生血管和(或)肿瘤血管生成拟态等实验研究进行综述。
The metastasis of lung cancer has been a research hotspot nowadays.Literature review on the experimental research of metastasis in recent years on the inhibition of lung cancer cell invasion,adhesion;adjustment the level of extracellular matrix metalloproteinase,regulation of tumor metastasis-related gene,inhibition of tumor angiogenesis and（or） vasculogenic mimicry are made in this paper.
