摘要
目的 探讨血清中可溶性细胞粘附分子 1(sICAM 1)与银屑病 /病期的关系。方法 用ELISA法对 87例银屑病患者与 30例健康人进行血清中sICAM 1浓度的检测。结果 银屑病患者sICAM 1浓度明显增高 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,其病程、病期与浓度呈正相关。结论 sICAM 1与银屑病病期有关 。
Objective To investigate the relationship between sICAM1 and disease stage of psoriasis,Method The levels of sICAM1 in 87 patients with psoriasis and 30 normal samples were determined using ELZSA method.Results The level of sICAM1 in patients with psoriasis was significantly higher than that in controls(P<0.01) and the changes of the level were appeared positive correlation with the duration, stage of the disease.Conclusion sICAM1 may be related to the stage of psoriasis and can be the objective index of the stage of the disease.
