银屑病患者血浆中可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1的表达研究

摘要 目的探讨银屑病患者血浆中可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）的表达与银屑病疾病活动性之间的相关性。方法采用ELISA法测定40例寻常型银屑病患者治疗前后和40例健康人的血浆中sVCAM-1的水平。结果治疗前银屑病患者血浆中sVCAM-1水平高于正常人（P〈0．01），与PASI评分呈正相关（r=0．77，P〈0．01）。治疗后随病情好转，sVCAM-1水平下降（P〈0．01）。结论sVCAM-1可能参与银屑病的发病机制，其血浆水平与患者病情相关，可作为判定银屑病活动性的-个有用指标。
