摘要
采用ＥＬＩＳＡ技术检测３０例ＣＡ患者血清ＩＬ－２水平，其中１８例患者同时作了血清可溶性ＩＬ－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）检测。结果发现ＣＡ患者血清ＩＬ－２水平比对照明显低下（Ｐ＜０．０５）、ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ则无明显改变，说明该病存在细胞免疫功能缺陷，此可能是ＣＡ发病的重要原因。
ELISA procedure for the quantitative determination of interleukin(IL)-2 level was performed in 30 patients with condyloma acuminatum.Among them,serum soluble IL-2 receptor (sIL-2R)level in 18 patients was measured simultaneously.The results showed serum IL-2 levels,but not sIL-2R,was significantly(P less than 0. 05) lower in condyloma acuminatum patients than that of control,indicated a deficiency of cell-immune functions,which could be an important reason in the recurrence of the disease.
