摘要
目的探讨梗阻性左半结肠癌一期手术切除吻合的疗效。方法回顾分析28例左半结肠癌肠梗阻行一期切除吻合患者的临床资料。结果本组均成功行一期肿瘤切除肠吻合,根治切除22例,姑息切除6例,术后切口感染3例(13.6%),肺部感染3例(13.6%),吻合口瘘2例(9.1%),死亡1例(4.5%),患者死于吻合口瘘致严重腹腔感染。结论对梗阻性左半结肠癌,采用积极的治疗态度,选择手术时机,以肿瘤一期切除肠吻合方式可以达到满意的效果。
Objective To investigate obstructive left colon resection and anastomosis of a surgical treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis of 28 cases with left colon obstruction of one stage resection and anastomosis was reported.Results The tumors were removed successfully in an intestinal anastomosis,radical resection in 22 cases,palliative resection in 6 cases,postoperative wound infection in 3 cases（13.6%）,lung infection in 3 patients（13.6%）,anastomotic fistula in 2 cases（9.1%）,1 patient（4.5%） died of anastomotic leakage caused by severe abdominal infection.Conclusion Obstructive left colon cancer treatment of positive attitude,choose the timing of surgery,the use of a tumor resection and anastomosis can achieve satisfactory results.
