摘要
目的探讨左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻手术处理的可行性。方法对48例左半结肠癌伴肠梗阻行Ⅰ期切除吻合术的临床资料进行回顾性分折。结果本组47例治愈,切口感染4例;吻合口瘘并发腹腔脓肿1例,经保守治疗治愈;肺部感染5例,其中1例出现呼吸衰竭死亡。结论只要严格掌握适应证、合理的围术期及术中处理,急性左半结肠癌梗阻行Ⅰ期切除吻合是可行的。
Objective To study the feasibility of acute obstruction stage I in left colonic carcinoma.Methods We reviewed the clinical data of 48 cases of acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma.Result Forty-seven cases were cured,4 cases incision infection;1 case anastomotic fistula formed abdominal abscess,and it was cured by conservative treatment;5 cases lung infection and one of those died of espiratory failure.Conclusion It＇s safe and feasibility in stage I to operate acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma.If we select the proper case and improve the management of perioperation.
