摘要
目的总结结肠癌所致急性肠梗阻患者Ⅰ期手术行肿瘤切除肠吻合的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我院2001-01～2006-12收治的28例结肠癌致急性肠梗阻患者行Ⅰ期肿瘤切除肠吻合治疗的经验及效果。其中,Ⅰ期右半结肠切除肠吻合10例,Ⅰ期左半结肠切除肠吻合12例;Ⅰ期左半结肠切除肠吻合近端结肠造口6例。结果全组病例Ⅰ期肠吻合成功26例,发生吻合口瘘2例,切口感染3例,无手术死亡。结论对肿瘤无转移、无肠管坏死穿孔、重要脏器功能好者,行Ⅰ期手术肿瘤切除肠吻合的治疗,是安全有效、可行的。
Objective To summarize the treat experience of onstage operation of tumor ectomy and intestinal anastomosis of acute ileus caused by colon carcinoma. Methods Though retrospective analysising 28 clinical data of acute ileus caused by colon carcinoma from Jun 2002 to Jan 2005 in suihua No 1 hospital, to summarize and evaluate the experience and the effect of onstage operation of tumor ectomy and intestinal anastomosis. Of all the patients, 10 patients were treated by onstage operation of right hemicolon ectomy and intestinal anastomosis, 12 patients by onstage operation of left hemicolon ectomy and intestinal anastomosis and 6 patients by onstage operation of left hemicolon ectomy and colon stoma. Results Of all the patients,26 patients were cured by this method,there was the fistula of stoma in 2 patients,cut infection in 3 patients and no death. Conclusion to the patients with good function of important organs and no metastasesand no necrosis and puncture of intestinal canal the method of onstage operation of tumor ectomy and intestinal anastomosis is safe and effective.
