摘要
一种新型磨浆机磨片,其破碎区磨齿设计成按圆周排列的小圆钉,该结构增加了纤维在破碎区的停留时间,缓和了磨盘对纤维的破坏作用,使纤维长度和强度得到了极大的改善。虽然磨浆过程中能量消耗增加,但是能使造纸过程中的后续环节节省能耗,从而使总体能耗降低,同时还提高了成纸质量。
A new segment innovation for mechanical pulp refiner, which optimising the defibration zone with circular pins at the inlet of the refiner, makes it possible to increase the residence time, and milder de:fibration thus the resulting pulp contains longer and stronger fibers,which lead to better final pulp. Even if the energy consumption is increased in the refining operation, the improved strength potential of the mechanical pulp might be paid in savings from the papermaking operation by furnish optimization for certain grades of paper.
