介绍了高档牛卡纸生产中通过对双盘磨浆机磨片齿形优化,降低打浆电耗、提高浆料得率,并通过磨片改型来保持再生纤维湿重、提高成纸物理性能。
The experiences of reducing refining energy consumption and increasing the refining output by optimizing the plat pattern of the double disc refiner,maintaining the recycled fiber length(wet-weight)and upgrading the product strength by modification of the plates in kraft card paper production were presented.
