摘要
目的 :观察比较混合脐血血浆和成人 AB血清在 CD3AK细胞培养中的作用效果。方法 :分别用混合脐血血浆和成人 AB血清培养 CD3AK细胞 ,检测两组细胞的增殖特性、杀伤活性及免疫表型。结果 :混合脐血血浆组的增殖倍数略低于血清组 ,对 K5 6 2、HL - 6 0的杀伤活性则稍高于血清组 ,但差异均无显著性意义 (均为 P >0 .0 5 ) ;两组的免疫表型都以 CD3+、CD8+为主 ,亦无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :混合脐血血浆在 CD3AK等免疫效应细胞的培养中可能和成人
Objective:To compare and observe the effects of mixed cord blood plasma and adult AB serum on CD3AK cells culture.Methods:Use mixed cord blood plasma and adult AB serum to culture two groups CD3AK cells,measure the multiplication folds、cytoxicity and immune phenotypes of each group on different days of culture.Results:The results showed that the multiplication fold of mixed cord blood plasma groups was lower than that of adult AB serum group (P> 0.05 ),the cytoxicity against K562 and HL 60 target cells of the plasma group was higher than the serum group,the immune phenotypes of two groups were both mainly CD3 +and CD8 +,but there had no statistical values (P> 0.05 ,respectively).Conclusion:Suggested that the effects of mixed cord blood plasma on CD3AK cells culture were similar to that of adult AB serum.
