摘要 建立白色念珠菌的生物分型法 ,并探讨其型别与毒力的关系。方法 临床标本直接接种在生物形态分型培养基上 ,30℃烛缸或 CO2 培养箱孵育 5 d,立即观察条状菌苔周围的条纹和色素环特征 ,并用 4个数字组成的编码记录型别。这 4个数字分别依次表示条纹分布、宽度、质地和色素环宽度。结果 该法把 70 0株临床分离白色念珠菌分成 6 9个型 ,以 0 0 0 2型 (2 0 .6 % )为最常见 ,分辨指数为 0 .931;红褐色色素环可能是白色念珠菌所特有的 ,而且不连续条纹与白色念珠菌的毒力相关。结论 生物分型法具有简单、经济、重复性好和分辨率高等优点 ,可作为一种有用的流行病学调查的工具以预防和监测白色念珠菌感染 ,尤其医院感染 ,而且它的型别可以指示白色念珠菌毒力。 OBJECTIVE To establish the biotyping method for typing Candida albicans,and explore the relationship between their types and virulence. METHODS Clinical specimens were directly inoculated on the biomorphotyping media,incubated in jar or a CO 2 incubator at 30℃ for 5 days,to observe immediately the fringe and pigment ring features around streak,and then record their types by a fourdigital code assigned in sequence to the fringe distribution,width,texture and pigment ring width.RESULTS Seven hundred clinical isolates were divided into 69 types of which the commonest was type 0002(20.6%).The index of discrimination power of the method was 0.931.The scarlet pigment ring may be specific for C.albicans.And the discontinuous fringe may associate with the virulence of C.albicans. CONCLUSIONS These results suggest that the biotyping method have the advantages of simplicity,low cost,good reproducibility and high discrimination,and provide a useful epidemiological investigation tool for prevention and surveillance of infections caused by C.albicans,especially nosocomial infections. And, the types may indicate the virulence of C.albicans.
