摘要
制备了一种改善应用功能的导电颜料。制备方法是在pH为 2 0和温度为 40℃的条件下 ,向重晶石的悬浮液中滴加一定浓度的SnCl2 、SnCl4 和NH4 F的盐酸混合液 ,为了保持溶液的pH值恒定 ,同时滴加一定浓度的NaOH溶液 ,待混合液滴加完后 ,再继续搅拌 30min ,过滤、洗涤和干燥 ,并在 30 0℃下灼烧 1h。得到一种电阻率为 7 7Ω·m的白色导电颜料。
The electrically conductive pigment with improved application properties was prepared.To a dispersion of 10 g barite in water at pH2 0 and 40 ℃,a mixed solution of SnCl\-4,SnCl\-2,and NH\-4F in hydrochloric acid was added dropwise together with a solution of NaOH to maintain a constant pH,stirred another 30 minutes,filtered and the precipitate was washed,dried and calcined at 300 ℃ for an hour to give a white pigment with electrical resistivity of 7 7 Ω·m.
