摘要
利用TiO2对天然白云母微晶基质表面进行多次包膜改性,制得了纯度高、光泽好的云母钛珠光颜料。用ZnO对云母钛进行改性,紫外吸收光谱表明,可以降低其光化活性;改用掺杂钛的ZnO对云母钛进行改性,850℃焙烧后,不仅可降低其光化活性,XRD谱图分析表明,还提高了其光泽度和金红石型转化率。用锡锑的氧化物对云母钛进行改性,可制得彩色导电珠光颜料。
High purity and luster titanium dioxide-coated mica was prepared by means of multiple liquid-phase deposition on the crystallite surface of mica hosts. The actinicity of the mica titanium pigments coated with ZnO film was reduced through UV absorb spectroscopic analysis. Furthermore, the actinicity of the mica titanium pigments coated with ZnO film and TiO2 when we calcined it at 850℃ for an hour, was not only reduced but promoted the rutile through XRD action spectrum analysis. Colorful conductive pearlescent pigment was prepared by covering SnO2-Sb2O2 films on the surface of mica titanium.
