摘要 目的:介绍PET-CT设备在使用过程中图像融合的原理,探讨放射性药物的质量及风险如何有效实行质量控制。方法:建立完善的设备质量控制流程和辐射防护制度,做好设备自身维护及使用环境的维护,加强对操作使用的医技人员的素质培养。结果:通过各方面的探讨,探索出质量及风险控制是以提高PET-CT灵敏度和分辨率为前提、为临床的疾病诊断提供高质量的图像、保障医患安全行之有效的方法。结论:只有认真做好医疗设备性能等各项质量控制和风险控制,才能使设备始终保持完好的性能状态,从而保证最佳的医学影像质量,更好地为临床及患者服务。 Objective:To introduce the principle of image fusion in PET/CT and explore the quality and risk of radioactive drugs and measures for its quality control.Methods:To build perfect equipment quality control process and radiation protection system,make the device itself and the use of the environment,and to maintain the operation technician staff training are important for use of the device.Results:Through the various aspects of researches to find a quality and risk control is.crucial for providing high-quality images for clinical practice to guarantee the patients' safety.Conclusion:Only through good performance of quality control and risk control,the device can be maintained in its performance.Then the high-quality images can be obtained to provide better service for clinicians.
