摘要
目的:建立海南香茅中绿原酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,phe-nomenox luna C1 8色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(12∶88∶1)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在0.166 4~1.664 0μg范围内,峰面积与绿原酸的进样质量呈良好线性关系,线性方程为Y=1 334 267.8 X-2 392.2(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.58%,RSD为1.84%。结论:建立的高效液相色谱测定法简便、快速,重复性好,准确度高,可作为香茅药材的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in the herb of Cymbopogon citrus from Hainan by HPLC.Methods:HPLC determination was carried out on a phenomenox luna C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(12∶88∶1) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set as 240 nm.Results:There was good linear relationship for chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.166 4-1.664 0 μg.The linearity equation was Y=1 334 267.8 X-2 392.2(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 101.58% and RSD was 1.84%.Conclusions:The established method is simple,quick,reproducible and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Cymbopogon citrus.
