摘要
目的:建立HPLC法对香附丸(水丸)中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱:Alltech Apollo C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:A为乙腈,B为0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱程序为0 min(14%A),21 min(86%A),41 min(14%A);检测波长:230 nm;流速为1.0 mL.min-1;柱温为30℃。结果:芍药苷在0.123 6~1.854μg内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1.06×106X-2.33×103,r=1.000 0;平均回收率为99.07%(RSD=0.35%)。结论:本法准确度高,重复性好,可作为本制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: An HPLC method was developed for determination of Paeoniflofin in Xiangfu Pills (Shuiwan). Methods: HPLC analysis was performed on a Alhech Apollo-Cls column (4. 6 mm × 250mm, 5 μm ) with mixture of acetonitrile ( A ) and 0. 1% phospho- ricacid solvent molile phase in gradient mode. The concentrations of solvent A were 14% ,86% and 14% at 0,21 and 41 min,respec- tively;the detection wavelength was 230 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1 and the column temperature was 30℃. Results:The de- termination of paeoniflofin at 0. 12 - 1.85μg showed a good linearity. The average recoveries were 99.07% ( r = 1. 000 0) with RSD 0. 35% for paeoniflofin. The regression equation was y = 1.06 ×10^6x-2. 33 × 10^3. Conclusion:The method is accurate and reproducible and can be used to enhance the quality control of this drug.
