摘要
子宫肌瘤是临床常见的妇科疾病,是由平滑肌组织过度增生形成的一种良性肿瘤,严重影响育龄期妇女的身心健康。子宫肌瘤的确切发病原因和发病机制尚未明了,近年来研究认为子宫肌瘤的发生、发展过程与细胞凋亡调控失调密切相关。目前研究发现与子宫肌瘤关系密切的细胞凋亡基因有Bcl-2、Bax、p53等。它们的异常表达在子宫肌瘤的发病中所起的作用越来越受重视。现将近年来子宫肌瘤中细胞凋亡的表达及其药物治疗方面的研究进展予以综述。
Uterine fibroid is a common clinical gynecological disease,benign tumors formed by the excessive proliferation of smooth muscle cells.They seriously affect the health of women of childbearing age.Although the exact etiology of uterine fibroids remains unknown,recent studies have shown that onset and development of uterine fibroids and of apoptosis regulation disorders are closely related.So far discovered uterine friboids closely-related genes include Bcl-2,Bax,P53,etc..More and more attention is being paid to their roles in the onset of uterine fibroids.Here is to make a review on the research progress in recent years about apoptosis-related genes and the treatment uterine fibroids.
