胎盘滋养细胞bax与bcl-2基因表达对分娩发动及妊娠时限的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨胎盘滋养细胞凋亡调控基因bax、bcl-2表达对分娩的影响。方法 :采用免疫组化法测定14例自然早产 ,18例足月自然临产 ,19例足月择期剖宫产 ,12例延期或过期自然临产及12例延期或过期未临产而行剖宫产孕妇胎盘滋养细胞bax、bcl-2基因的表达水平。结果 :在自然临产的孕妇中早产、足月产和延期或过期妊娠3组bax基因表达差别无统计学意义 (P>0.05) ;在足月以及延期或过期妊娠中 ,自然临产组bax基因表达水平均显著高于未临产组 (P<0.05) ,而2组bcl-2基因表达水平差别均无统计学意义 (P>0.05) ;延期或过期妊娠组的bcl-2基因表达水平显著低于足月妊娠组。结论 :促凋亡调控基因bax较抑凋亡调控基因bcl-2在分娩发动中发挥了更大的作用 。 Objective:To study the effects of the expression of bax and bcl-2gene in placenta on labor iniˉtiation and duration of pregnancy.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bax and bcl-2gene in placenta syncytoithrophoblast cells of pregnant women which included14preterm labor,18term labor of spontaneous parturient,19term labor of cesarean elected,12postterm labor of spontaneous parˉturient,and12postterm labor of cesarean elected.Result:There was no significant difference in the expression of bax gene in spontaneous parturient(P>0.05).The expression of bax gene in spontaneous parturient groups was significantly higher than that in cesarean elected groups in term and postterm pregnancy(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the expression of bcl-2gene in these groups(P>0.05).There was a lower expression of bcl-2gene in postterm pregnancy than that in term pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is more important for bax gene than bcl-2gene to initiate labor,and bcl-2gene may play a critical role in the development of placenta.
