摘要
项目融资作为国际金融的一个重要分支 ,近年来得到了迅速发展 ,成为大型工程项目筹资的有效方式。本文对项目融资作了简要介绍 ,并对我国采用项目融资的利与弊作出扼要的分析。
As an important branch of international banking, financing of foreign project has developed rapidly in recent years, and it has become effective way of financing of big scale engineering project. The paper introduces the financing of project, and it simply analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the financing of project in China.
