摘要
农村信息消费贯穿于农村地区综合能力发展的整个过程,信息消费水平对农村地区经济发展有很大影响。探讨农村信息消费水平评价指标的构建原则,逐一分析构成农村信息消费水平指标的各个要素,最终构建出农村信息消费水平评价的指标体系,为农村居民信息消费水平定量研究提供可行性和可操作性。
Information consumption level in the rural areas runs through the whole process of the comprehensive ability development in the rural areas. The level of information consumption in rural areas has great effect on the economic development in the countryside. Research on the construction principle of this measurement index and analysis of every factor that composes the index can help us to eventually build this system and provide feasibilities and manipulation for the research on measuring the information consumption level in the rural areas.
