摘要
图书馆核心价值是一个多层次和多元的有机统一体,是图书馆事业的基础。图书馆核心价值由社会核心价值与职业核心价值两部分组成,图书馆外在的社会核心价值包括公开性、公益性、独特性、共享性、恒定性五个方面,而内在的职业核心价值包括最大化地创造图书馆的信息资源效益、确保知识的自由获取、制定适合信息时代图书馆发展方向的职业制度。
Being the basis of librarianship, the core value of the library is a multiple oJ^ganic unity.The core value of the library is made up of the extrinsic social core value and the intrinsic professional core value. The former includes openness, seeking public welfare, peculiarity, shareability and constancy, while the latter includes giving full scope to the effectiveness of information resources, ensuring free acquisition of knowledge, and working out a professional system suitable to the direction of library development in the information era.
