摘要
从概述图书馆核心价值的含义出发,提出图书馆核心价值包括外在的社会核心价值和内在的职业核心价值,并分析图书馆恪守外在的社会核心价值包含公共性、公开性、共享性、和谐性和公益性等五个因素的理念和原则,指出图书馆职业核心价值的内在动力在于推动图书馆信息资源效益最大化,图书馆知识自由,和建立"以信息依赖性"为基础的信息用户独立性的图书馆制度。
From the meaning of library core value this paper points that the library core value includes the outside value and inside occupation core value, and analyzes the outside social core value that library obeys including five factors, such as public, open, share, diapason and public welfare, the library inside motive depends on the effciency maximization to promote the library information resources, free and equality of library knowledge , library system of information customer independence based on the establishing ＂with the information dependence＂.
