摘要
对高锰钢材料进行正交钻削试验,并采用多元线性回归法对实验结果进行处理,建立了高锰钢钻削力与扭矩的经验公式。由于高锰钢的钻削力较大,在实际生产中可以采用适当提高转速的办法来提高加工效率、减少能耗。
Drilling experiments were carried out for the ZGMn13 using orthogonal experiment method.The results were dealt with multiple linear regressions.Experiential formulas of drilling force and torque moment were established.It is indicated that the effect of the tool diameter on drilling force and torque moment is maximal,feed level takes second place and cutting speed is minimal.Therefore increasing the cutting speed can improve machining efficiency and reduce energy consumption in practical production.
