摘要
在钻削碳纤维复合材料时,经常会遇到分层、劈裂等各类加工缺陷,而这些缺陷主要是由钻削轴向力引起的。本文就高速钻削条件下刀具、转速、进给量、钻孔个数、材料厚度等钻削参数对轴向力的影响进行了全面系统的研究。
Damage such as delamination and split often goes with the drilling of carbon fiber composites. Thrust foree is the main cause of drilling damage. This paper presents an intensive study on effect of drilling parameters on thrust force at high rotational speed. These parameters include drilling tool, rotation rate, feedrate, drilling numbers and plate thickness.
