摘要
采用正交试验的方法对铁路轨道道岔材料ZGMn13进行了钻削试验,用多元线性回归法对试验结果进行了处理,建立了ZGMn13钻削力与扭矩的经验公式。由经验公式可以确定:对钻削力和扭矩影响最大的是钻头直径d,进给量f次之,切削速度v的影响最小。因此在实际生产中可以采用适当提高转速的办法来提高加工效率,减少能耗。
Drilling experiments were carried out for the ZGMn13 by using the orthogonal experiment.The results were dealt with multiple linear regressions.Experiential formula of drilling force and torque moment was established.Experiential formula indicates that the effect of the aiguille's diameter on the drilling force and torque moment is maximal,the feed rate takes second place and cutting speed is minimal.Therefore,to increase the cutting speed can improve the efficiency of machining and reduce the energy consumption in practical production.
