摘要
年度综合量化考评是医院了解和掌握科室发展动态的重要方式。就如何有效运用考评办法中所涵盖的两大项指标(即综合指标和全院推荐)进行了探讨,以便更好地推进医院各项工作。
The annual comprehensive quantitative evaluation is an important way of hospital to understand and master devel- opments of departments, and the evaluation result is to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and play an important role. The paper discussed how to effective use of the two evaluation indicators, general indicator and hospital recommendation, in the hospital evaluation in order to better promote the hospital works.
