摘要
完善绩效考核制度是公立医院改革试点的一项重要内容。依托医院信息平台,研发《护理人员管理信息系统》,能够客观、公正地评价护理人员的工作绩效,从而实现护理质量的持续改进。
To perfect the performance appraisal system for the medical staff is very important with regard to the experimental reform of governmental hospitals. Depending on hospital information platform, the nurse management information system can appraise nurses'job performance objectively and justly. What is more, the nurse management information system can improve the work efficiency of the nurse managers largely and achieve the continual improvement of nursing quality easily.
