摘要
目的:建立鹰嘴豆豆叶,豆茎中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定药材中总黄酮含量。结果:采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在0.003~0.018mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),豆叶和豆茎的平均回收率=为99.3%和101.1%,RSD为1.86%和2.46%。结论:所用方法简便,准确,可用于鹰嘴豆的质量控制。
Objective: garbanzo bean leaf, bean stems Determination of total flavonoids. Method : Determination of Flavonoids in herbs. Results: The Determination of total flavonoids, in the 0. 003 - 0. 018 mg/ml concentration range a good linear relationship (r = 0. 999 8), beans, bean leaves and stems, the average recovery rate = 99. 3% and 101.1%, RSD 1.86% and 2.46%. Conclu-sion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of chickpea.
