摘要
目的:探讨双黄连致不良反应(ADR)的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994-2011年国内医药期刊报道的双黄连致ADR案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:双黄连致ADR主要累及肌肉系统,其次为消化系统、皮肤、神经系统。结论:临床应加强对双黄连的合理应用,避免和减少ADR的重复发生。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reactions（ADR）induced by shuanghuanglian so as to provide references for rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS：ADR induced by shuanghuanglian reported in domestic medical journals during 1994-2011 were retrieved and analyzed statistically.RESULTS：ADR induced by shuanghuanglian had been manifested by muscular system,followed by digestive system,dermal and nervous system,etc.CONCLUSION：The rational use of shuanghuanglian should be emphasized to avoid and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.
