摘要
目的:探讨非诺贝特所致不良反应(ADR)的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994～2009年国内医药期刊报道的非诺贝特致ADR案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:非诺贝特所致ADR主要体现在肌肉系统。结论:临床应加强对非诺贝特的合理应用,避免或减少其所致ADR的发生。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the characteristics and related factors of the adverse reactions （ADR） induced by fenofibrate so as to provide references for rational clinical use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS：The ADR induced by ibuprofen reported in domestic medical journals during 1994～2009 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS：ADR in musculature was the major type of the ADR induced by fenofibrate.CONCLUSION：The rational use of fenofibrate should be emphasized to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR.
