摘要
用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶系统对 6个鸡品种的血浆酯酶 (Es)进行了多态性检测 ,共检测到 Es- 1～ 5的 5个区 ,对其中 2个区进行了表型、基因型和基因频率的统计和计算 ,在 Es- 1区检测到 A1,A2 ,B,B0 ,C及本研究首次发现并暂命名的 C0 带。对该 6条带的遗传机制以显隐性的拟等位基因组的理论进行了重新解释。在 Es- 5区检测到 2种类型 AA和 AB,AB仅见于肉鸡 AA(80 % )和海兰褐 (50 % ) ,其余均为
Six fowl breeds were used to investigate the polymorphisms of Esterase by means of polyacrylamide geleltrophoresis.Esterase was detected Es 1,Es 2,Es 3,Es 4 and Es 5 areas.The paper counted frequency of phenotype,genetype and gene for two areas.Es 1 was scored A 1,A 2,B,B 0,C and C 0 of temporary named band that the paper find firstly,and the paper re explained genetic mechanism about six bands.Es 5 area was scored AA and AB type,AB type belonged to Abor Acres(80%) and hyline Brown(50%),the rest was AA type.$$$$
