摘要
以近年来发表的文献为依据综述了水蛭有效成分提取工艺、药理作用、给药途径、临床应用的研究概况。水蛭含有多种抗凝活性成分和多种药理作用,临床应用广泛,对其进入深入研究对水蛭及其制剂的质量控制具有重要意义。
Sum up the progress in the research of leech′s active ingredient extract technic,pharmacological action,route of administration,clinical application in leech.Many kinds of active ingredient in the leech have good pharmacological activities,with widely clinical application,therefore studies on leech are valuable.
