摘要 脑出血是一种神经科常见病,但对其病理生理学机制在较多方面尚未形成共识。文章就脑出血后的血肿变化和缺血半暗带、脑水肿和纤溶亢进以及血管淀粉样变等进行了综述。 Intracerebral hemorrhage is a common disease in neurology. However, there has been no consensus on pathophysiological mechanisms in academia. The article reviews the changes of hematoma and ischemic penumbra, brain edema, hyperfibrinolysis after cerebral hemorrhage, and as well as amyloid angiopathy.
