摘要
通过聚酯消光剂的性能研究和筛选,并对工业化试验和工业化生产过程中的浆料调制摩尔比、酯化反应、缩聚反应等过程工艺参数的系统优化和研究,上海石化首创采用纳米级液态消光剂进行了全消光聚酯切片产品的升级换代,成功开发出新一代的全消光聚酯切片(超细纤维专用)产品。工业化生产过程稳定,产品质量优良,很好地满足了加工全消光超细纤维的要求。
Through the performance research and screening of dull agent,and the optimization of reaction process parameters,Polyester Division,SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.produced dull polyester for superfine fiber in continuous polyester (CP) polyester unit firstly inland.The production process of dull polyester for superfine fiber is steadily,and the product quality is good enough for producing superfine fiber.
