摘要
在2 L小试、1 kt/a中试装置工业优化试验和工业化生产过程中,对阻燃聚酯切片合成工艺进行了系统研究。结果表明,浆料的物质的量比和齐聚物酯化率是决定阻燃聚酯切片产品质量的关键因素。通过工艺优化,阻燃聚酯切片产品质量得到明显提高。
The synthesis process for flame retardant polyester was studied systematically through 2L small experiment, 1000t/a pilot test and industrial production. The results showed that the slurry molar ratio and esterification rate of oligomer were key factors which determined the quality of the flame retardant polyester products. Through process optimization, the product quality was improved.
