聚酯消光剂及其对纺丝后加工的影响 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了 PET 在缩聚或共缩聚过程中,可加入除了 TiO_2之外的其它无机消光剂,如玻璃微粒、磷化物、氧化硅、氧化铝和碳酸钙等物质,这主要是使成品能均匀消光,且尽量减少因凝聚粒子引起的断头,提高熔体的可纺性,并可相应获得其它良好的后加工和服用性能。同时还介绍常规消光剂对 PET 纤维结构的影响,以便纺丝生产工艺的确定。例如,将有光切片与常用的半消光切片相比,前者纺丝温度可略提高2—3℃,并应适当提高纺丝及后拉伸的卷绕张力,而后拉伸的温度则一般可降低7—10℃。 In this paper,the author considers that in order to make the finished productsevenly delustre and to reduce the bteakage caused by agglomerate particles,enhancethe spinnability of melt and some other qualities in after-processing and wearability,some other inorganic delusterant besides the traditional TiO_2,such as micro glassparticle,phosphide,silica,alumina and calcium carbonate can be added in thecourse of PET polycondensation or copolycondensation.Meanwhile,the influences ofconventional delusterant on PET fiber structure and some technologies for spinninghave been also introduced.Comparing the bright chips with the routine semi-delustred chips,the spinning temperature of the former may be slightly raised by 2—3℃,the winding tension for spinning and drawing should be raised correspondingly andthe drawing temperature should be decreased by 7—10℃ generally.
