卡泊三醇联合窄谱中波紫外线对寻常型银屑病外周血CD4CD45RO、CD4CD45RA的影响 被引量：8

摘要 目的检测卡泊三醇联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病患者治疗前后CD4CD45RO、CD4CD45RA的变化,为临床应用卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病提供理论基础。方法采用NB-UVB联合局部外用卡泊三醇的治疗方法,以银屑病皮损面积严重指数(PASI)评分评定联合治疗的有效性;并应用流式细胞仪检测联合治疗前、治疗后6周患者外周血中CD4+CD45RO+T细胞、CD4+CD45RA+T细胞的水平。结果卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB治疗组的临床疗效明显高于单用NB-UVB组(χ2=8.437,P<0.05);卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB治疗组治疗前与正常人相比,其外周血中CD4+CD45RO+T细胞水平高(t=25.656,P<0.01),CD4+CD45RA+T细胞水平低(t=24.119,P<0.01);治疗6周后CD4+CD45RO+T细胞与正常人相比无明显差异(t=0.491,P>0.05),CD4+CD45RA+T细胞与正常人相比无明显差异(t=1.160,P>0.05)。结论卡泊三醇联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病有效。
