摘要
目的:观察封包疗法治疗寻常型银屑病血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:将100例血瘀证患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组50例采用封包疗法联合中药药浴,对照组50例予中药药浴,1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,经秩和检验,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:封包疗法联合中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病血瘀证疗效显著,优于对照组。
Objective： To study the curative effect of the packet treatment on psoriasis vulgaris of blood- heat syndrome. Methods： The 70 patients with blood-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were treated with packet therapy in combination with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath and in control group with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath. After a period of treatment, observe the curative effect. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group is better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Packet therapy combination with traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath has obvious curative effect on psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat syn- drome.
