摘要
以7a生陕北米脂县梨枣为试材,研究氮磷钾肥对山地滴灌红枣主要品质指标的影响。结果表明,单施氮、磷、钾红枣的品质比不施肥的有所提高,而在尿素(1 176g/株)、过磷酸钙(2 273g/株)、氯化钾(245g/株)配施条件下,红枣的还原糖、总糖、还原型Vc的质量分数和可滴定酸的质量摩尔浓度都有显著提高,分别高出对照的10%、26%、41%和33%,红枣品质最好。
The effects of NPK fertilization on the quality characteristics of 7-year-old Chinese jujube lizao in Mizhi conty of Shaanxi province were studied.The results showed that separate application of NPK fertilizer can increase the quality of jujube.While in the combination of urea（1 176 g/plant）,superphosphate（2 273 g/plant） and potassium chloride（245 g/plant） fertilizer conditions,mass fraction of reducing sugar,total sugar,reduced Vc and molality of titratable acid significantly increased 10%,26%,41% and 33%,respectively,and the jujube quality is the best.
