Analysis and Evaluation on Nutritive Composition of Chinese Dates in Different Producing Areas of North Shaanxi

摘要 [目的]探究陕北不同产地红枣的营养成分,为陕北功能性红枣产品的开发利用提供依据。[方法]以陕西榆林不同产区的红枣为原料,对其总糖、总黄酮、维生素C和一般营养成分含量进行分析。[结果]总糖和维生素C含量主要与产地有关,清涧县舍峪里乡和佳县通镇枣果总糖含量最少,而维生素C含量最高;总黄酮含量主要与品种有关,以清涧县舍峪里乡和佳县通镇产小枣含量最高,而同产地大枣含量最少。[结论]以清涧县舍峪里乡和佳县通镇小枣作为功能性食品具有更高的开发价值。 [Objective] The study aimed to explore the nutritive components of Chinese dates in different producing areas of north Shaawd so as to provide basis for development and utilization of functional dates products in north Shaanxi. [Method] With dates from different producing areas of Shaanxi Yulin as raw material, their total sugar, tlavonoids, vitamin C and general nutritive component contents were analyzed. [Result] The results indicated that total sugar and vitamin C contents mainly related to the producing area. The dates of Sheyuli township in Qingjian county and Tong town in Jiaxian county were least in total sugar content, but highest in vitamin C content. The tlavonoids content mainly related to the variety, which was highest in small dates and least in big dates of Sheyuli township in Qingjian county and Tong town in Jiaxian county. [ Conclusion ] Taking the small dates of Sheyuti township in Qingjian county and Tong town in Jiaxian county as the functional food would have higher development value.
